Hungry for some delicious flapjacks? Live close to the Applebee's at 1905 South Hurstbourne Parkway? Get yourself over there starting at 8 a.m. on September 13 for a pancake-a-licious fundraiser in support of Louisville's own Power Cheer.
The Apple Gold Group, a franchisee of Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar, is partnering with Power Cheer to host the Flapjack Fundraiser, as they have several times in the past.
For a donation of $7, you'll receive a short stack of pancakes, sausage, and a beverage -- plus, you'll be assisting a local cheerleading and gymnastics organization to raise funds to offset the impending travel costs attached to their state-wide competitions. Any additional funds raised at the Flapjack Fundraiser will go toward allowing the squad to host an end-of-seaso banquet next year. Delicious!
