Hwang’s Martial Arts is pleased to once again partner with Kosair Children’s Hospital to announce our 4th annual spring charity event, the Louisville Health Kick Festival.
On Saturday, April 26, 2014 event goers will enjoy free health screenings, over 20 vendor booths from local businesses including the Kentucky Science Center, the Louisville Free Public Library, and more. Families will learn exciting ways to get healthy and active from Zumba to Taekwondo. Other family friendly activities will include bounce houses, balloon animals, cultural demonstrations, obstacle courses, a dance party with the Louisville League of Mascots, and much more.
Participants will also be raising funds for Kosair Children’s Hospital. In our kick-a-thon event, participants will perform one kick for every one dollar raised. Teams can also be formed and compete in Best Dressed and Most Amount of Kicks.
Since 2011, our spring charity events have raised over $88,000.
