Prospective actors and actresses have the opportunity to be suspects to a turn-of-the-century murder in Whodunnit's The Corpse on Farewell Street, which will hold auditions on Sunday.

Auditions for The Corpse on Farewell Street will occur on Sunday, Dec. 19 at the Hyatt Regency, located at 320 W. Jefferson Street in downtown Louisville.  Cold readings from the script will take place during the audition.

Whodunnit is looking to cast two women between 20-40 years of age, two men aged 25-45, one man aged 30-55, and one man over the age of 55. Accents are not required but are helpful.  More information on the audition and show can be found by calling 502-426-7100 or by going to the Whodunnit Murder Mystery Theatre website.

Joe Monroe will direct The Corpse on Farewell Street, which features Dr. Angus MacCrimmon dealing with murder and deception at the turn of the 20th century in Rhode Island.  The production will run from February 12-April 2.

Currently, Whodunnit Murder Mystery Theatre is presenting A Caroll's Deadly Christmas on Dec. 17 and 18.  Although these shows are sold out, a waiting list is available.  More information can be found at the Whodunnit website.
