Murder in Cairo: The Wrath of Ra is a murder mystery based in 1935 Egypt. A family living during this time is hampered by an old Egyptian curse. Meanwhile, a murder is discovered in a locked room.

The audience will have the c hance to figure out who, or what, committed the murder. During the scripted performance, characters will bring forth clues for the audience to consider. Then, audience members will have a chance to speak with the characters, gaining more clues. Characters must either truthfully answer the questions or evade them. The only time characters can lie is when they are asked if they are the killer.

Also, although not required, audience members are encouraged to wear Egyptian or 1930s-related costumes to the event.

Frank Whitaker directed the Graham Bell-written Murder in Cairo. The murder mystery features the talents of Brittany Hoagland, John Lina, Cristina Martin, Joe Monroe, Tony Pike, Alan Weller, and Teresa Wentzel.

Whodunnit Murder Mystery Theater is also performing their first show in the Hyatt Regency since their move. Previously, the group performed at Masterson's.

More information about the show can be found at the Whodunnit Murder Mystery Theatre website.
