Forecastle Festival 2012 preview: Nerves Junior
    Print this page

The Forecastle Festival welcomes hometown boys Cory Wayne, Stuart Phelps, Christopher Snow, and Zackary O’Renick of Nerves Junior to the stage this Friday.

The group, which formed in 2009, released their debut album, As Bright As Your Night Light last year. According to the band, the record is, “an expansive, eclectic collection of electronic-laden experimental rock with a hook-heavy edge and dense atmosphere, equally psychedelic and accessible. ”

With a loyal local following, it appears that Louisvillians aren’t afraid of a little electronic eclecticism in their iPods.

Nerves Junior will perform on the Port Stage (to the right of the entrance gate) at the Forecastle Festival this Friday, July 13th, at 6:30 pm.
