Lights and love over a remote town take place in Almost, Maine, which Stage on Spring opens Thursday.

Almost, Maine performances will happen on Apr. 5-7 and Apr. 12-15 at 8 p.m. each night.  All performances will happen at St. Marks United Church of Christ, located at 222 East Spring Street in New Albany, IN.

Tickets for each show are $10 per person.  Advance reservations are required and can be done by calling J.R. Stuart at 502-380-6569.  All proceeds from the show will benefit the St. Mark's UCC soup kitchen, clothes closet, and Stage on Spring missions.

Almost, Maine depicts a strange night in a remote town, where Northern Lights magically appear.  In this same night, the varying members of the town fall in and out of love in strange, sad, and very funny ways.

The cast of Nick Duett, Lauren McCombs, Cathy Butler-Weathersby, and Richie Goff will perform as various residents of Almost, Maine.  Stuart directed the production.

More information on the show can be found at the Stage on Spring Facebook page.
