Teddy Bridgewater capped off his potential Rookie of the Year campaign with another fine outing, as did Preston Brown.

Here’s a quick look at what those two, and the other Louisville natives and University of Louisville products, did in Week 17 of the NFL season.

    Louisville natives

Bridgewater (Minnesota): The rookie quarterback completed 17 of 25 passes for 209 yards with one touchdown and one interception in the Vikings’ 13-9 win over visiting Chicago on Sunday. Bridgewater made a strong case for NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year this season (although Odell Beckham Jr. and Mike Evans might have something to say about that), completing 259 of 402 passes (a 64.4 completion percentage) for 2,919 yards with 14 touchdowns and 12 interceptions in 13 games (which included 12 starts). He also rushed for 209 yards and one TD for Minnesota, which finished 7-9. Bridgewater seemed to be at his best at the end of the season.
