Can’t wait for some trick-or-treating? Join Bellarmine University for an evening of family-friendly Halloween festivities this coming Monday, October 25 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the 10th annual Hall-o-Treats, “Knight at the Haunted Museum.”

Residence staff and students will provide candy for kids in costume—and with non-sugary delights as coloring activities, face painting and balloon animals, it’s Mom- and Dad-approved fun in a safe, friendly setting.

To get started, park at Knights Hall off Norris Place on the east side of campus for a free shuttle ride to the residence halls, where student volunteers have decorated the floors and lobbies and will hand out treats.

Despite the name, there is no actual museum involved. According to coordinator Christina Thompson, the Bellarmine Family Weekend immediately preceding Hall-o-Treats has the “Knight at the Museum” theme and so the Halloween event is a holiday extension of that theme.

The event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Christina Thompson, residence life coordinator, at 272-7491 or
