    Bit to Do

Saturday night the Rudyard Kipling will be dangling beautiful women from the ceiling as part of a 21-act interactive burlesque that promises to make everyone a winner.  “Blackjack,” produced by local writer and performance artist Divinity Rose, will have dancers, comedy, magic, and aerial acrobatics set to a card-playing theme.  Some of the performers have been in the famed VaVa shows, and Cirque Airotic, Louisville's only aerial burlesque troop,  will make you look up to women in a whole new way.
“Blackjack” seems to be a good old fashioned variety show, but with some edge.  Instead of kids tap dancing, there will be sequined divas at a classic Louisville haunt, and WFPK's Matt Anthony is working on the show, as well.
The show is at 10pm on Saturday, December 11, at the Rudyard Kipling in Old Louisville. Patrons must be at least 21-years-old, and the show is $12 at the door.
