This Saturday, December 1 at Frankfort Ave location--the winner of the creative concoction contest will be announced and the new wintertime flavor will be revealed. Will it be Bonjour Toast, Fire & Ice, Apple Donut or one of seven other tasty treats? Come to the open house (6:30-8:30) and find out. You'll be supporting the creation of the Louisville Children's Museum.
Cool contest! Kids create their own ice cream flavor for Comfy Cow. The winner gets free ice cream for a year, tickets to KaLightoscope at Galt House, and bragging rights. Entries due November 15.

Coming soon: it's time to trade in your Big Daddy Burger for an ice cream sandwich. As of Monday, Tim and Roy Koons-McGee, owners of the Comfy Cow, have purchased the much-maligned house and Genny's Diner, owned by Frank Faris, which they will convert into one of their delicious stores, selling ice cream and other sweet treats.
