    The Beginning of the Finish with Angel's Envy
    Join Down One Bourbon Bar in a relaxing evening full of amazing bourbon and delicious food.     Kentucky Small Batch Rye Whiskey Dinner
    This special dinner at Varanese will feature guest speaker Tara Schaefer of Southern Wine & Spirits and a four-course dinner paired with various whiskeys from a variety of distilleries. The menu will include bourbon barrel smoked pastrami and a "Grilled Peach Sazarac" cocktail.

    Fleur de Lis Regatta
    Enjoy three days of competitive sailing among 32-34 sailing vessels. The sailing community has bonded together to raise awarness and funds for Gilda's Club.The primary event for this fundraiser is the Fleur de Lis Regatta, kicking off on Friday night followed by two days of sailboat racing on the Ohio River near downtown Louisville, Kentucky. This year the location has been moved slightly upstream from the Harbor Lawn Marina. You'll find us at the docks next to the former Tumbleweed Restaurant.

    9/11 Salute to Our Heroes at Fourth Street Live!
    Fourth Street Live! has partnered with Service for Peace and Operation Helping Heroes to honor our first responders and military heroes. Attend this great concert and bring some friends with you!     Louisville Zoo Presents 'Guardians of the Galaxy'
    Enjoy a movie under the stars at the wildest theater in town. Watch your favorite movies on our giant inflatable screen. The Zoo Crew will provide free entertainment before the show. Snacks and other refreshments will be available for purchase. Don’t forget to pack your blanket or lawn chairs.

    Louisville Dragon Boat Festival 2015
    Dragon Boats are large 43 foot, 550 pound vessels powered by the technique and teamwork of 20 paddlers, 1 drummer, and a steersperson. Though Dragon Boat Racing is new to Louisville, it is actually the oldest team sport (started in China over 2,000 years ago!) Now, it is the second fastest growing team sport in the world! Once you experience the thrill of racing a dragon boat, you will know why!

    Silver Anchor Award Celebration
    The Friends of the Waterfront will honor Arthur H. Keeney Ophthalmic Fund Charitable Trust and Louisville Metro Police Department for its work to keep Waterfront Park accessible and safe for the community at its 22nd annual Silver Anchor Award Celebration. The Silver Anchor Award reception will feature music by Whiskey Bent Valley Boys, hors d’oeuvres by Mirabelle Catering, cocktails, and a silent auction.

    "Little Shop of Horrors"
    One of the longest-running Off-Broadway shows, "Little Shop Of Horrors" is a charmingly tongue in cheek comedy you are sure to enjoy!This is the story of a  meek floral assistant, Seymour Krelborn, who stumbles across a new breed of plant he names "Audrey II" - after his coworker crush. This foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore promises unending fame and fortune to the down and out Krelborn as long as he keeps feeding it blood.

    Corkestra 2015
    Corkestra is a 90-minute concert by the full Louisville Orchestra alongside a bourbon and wine tasting to benefit The Bill Meadows Foundation, Inc. and Sharing America’s Marrow.     Fall Arts Festival at Josephine Sculpture Park
    This hands-on festival connects the community with the arts and the land in the most experiential manner and offers a host of artistic experiences to the public. The KECU music stage will present musicians, dancers and storytelling while local artists and organizations conduct free demonstrations and activities where you can try book binding, sculpture, pottery wheel, fabric dying, art scavenger hunts, walking tours and a few other surprises!
     
    Visitors may also create their own cast aluminum relief sculpture to take home at the Hot Metal Pour, or blow a glass ornament to keep for an additional charge. A large collaborative sculpture will be created and displayed at Josephine Sculpture Park as part of the community art exhibition.
     
    There is something for every age and ability at this event! Participants can even soar above the sculptures in a hot air balloon ride, or simply walk the quiet paths and explore the 12+ new sculptures on exhibit, bringing theExplore365 exhibit at JSP to nearly 50 works of art.
