This Sunday evening, January 31st  from 5:00-7:00 PM at Mid-City Mall, the Tyler Park Neighborhood Association will be sponsoring the 4th Annual Wine Tasting Celebration, benefiting the Tyler Park Master Plan, as part of the city's "Park Improvement Projects" plan.

Gordo and Claudia Jackson of The Wine Market will be on hand with their wine expertise, assistance with pouring and providing special deals on discounted wines, while ValuMarket will be providing a variety of cheeses and appetizers for guests.

So, come on out, be a wine connoisseur and put your $20.00 ticket fee towards improving Tyler Park!

The Master Plan includes a new playground design, additional restrooms, new sidewalks and picnic shelter as well as better road and pedestrian accessibility.  The plan also features upgrades in curbing, irrigation and infiltration systems, including park-wide aesthetic improvements as well.

Last year’s wine tasting helped bring $1,295.70 towards their goal and tickets are limited this year to the first 200 buyers, so don’t let this pass you by!
