
Halloween is a dark time - the perfect time for An Evening With Poe, which the Frazier History Museum will present beginning Wednesday.
An Evening With Poe performances will take place on Oct. 25, 26, 27, 30, Nov. 1, and 2 at 7:30 p.m. each night. Oct. 24 and 31 performances are to happen at 8:15 p.m. All performances will occur at the Frazier History Museum, located at 829 West Main Street in downtown Louisville.
Tickets are $15 per person and will include acess to museum galleries and a cash bar. Ticket reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 502-753-5663 or going to the Frazier History Museum website.
Edgar Allan Poe, considered one of the world's best and darkest poets, has eight of his works performed during An Evening With Poe. These include The City in the Sea, Along, Spirits of the Dead, Dream Within a Dream, and arguably his most famous work, The Raven. Live music will accompany the performances.
