Halloween is over, but there's still plenty of fun events happening in the bluegrass! OC3 is Oldham County Public Library’s first-ever comic con. There will be plenty for the whole family to do including a kids’ area, a gaming area, and a costume contest. Panels will include Doctor Who trivia and a game design workshop. What’s the best part?
