    Bit to Do

There aren't many offices in Louisville that can boast a bar with 300 bottles of bourbon or a video arcade game set up with just about any system you want to use, but El Toro has both. In fact, they also have tournament-grade foosball tables, ping pong tables, a graffiti-covered conference room and more to make the employees feel relaxed and at home in their work environment. The bar started with a five-bottle shelf of bourbon that grew along with the company, also featuring beer, wine and cold-pressed coffee on tap. While employees are allowed to drink whenever they like, the libations come in particularly handy at the weekly happy hours and foosball meet ups.

Two lovable pups wander around the advertising technology company that has several patents pending on processes that improve targeted digital advertising. Their technology allows them to directly approach anyone's target market over the internet, increasing advertisers' return of investment. El Toro's Vice President David Sadler said, “El Toro is a mix of Mad Men with a dash of Minority Report - or old-school partying mixed with futuristic technology."

The office is comprised of large, sunlit open spaces where the employees work side by side to encourage better communication and a sense of camaraderie. They believe the fun makes the long hours during bigger projects seem easier, causing less stress. And, it seems to be working as the tech startup has seen tremendous growth in the last two years.

It probably doesn't hurt that their customers and friends are invited to come play in the funhouse.
