For those planning on eating out tonight, consider heading down to the new Patrick O'Sheas on 123 Main St (next to the YUM Center). Proceeds from the restaurants sales (today only) will go funding the performing arts program at Lincoln Elementary.

Lincoln Elementary is the first public performing arts concept elementary school in Kentucky. According to a brief posted on O'Shea's website, "Lincoln Elementary also emphasizes a strong academic program in reading, writing, mathematics, science and social studies. Each of the core academic areas is integrated with drama music and dance."

Lincoln Elementary, which serves as a performing arts magnet school, is located downtown at 938 E. Main St.

For more information, visit Lincoln Elementary's JCPS site.

The fundraiser lasts all day and night. The restaurant and bar hosts live music Friday and Saturday nights form 10 'til 2, while every Wednesday night is pint night.
