Ending its 2011-2012 season, Hayswood Theatre will present the comedy The Foreigner, which opens on Friday.

The Foreigner performances will go on July 15, 16, 22, 23,  29, and 30 at 8 p.m. each night.  Matinee shows on July 17, 24, and 31 will happen at 2 p.m. each day.  All performances will occur at Hayswood Theatre, located at 115 South Capitol Avenue in Corydon, IN.

Ticket prices depend on the person.  Adults are $12 per person, seniors are $10, and students under 18 are also $10 per person.  Due to limited seating, reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made by calling 812-738-2138 or 888-738-2137.

The Foreigner features an extremely shy man named Charlie, who was brought to a rural Georgia fishing lodge by Froggy LeSeuer.  LaSeuer tells all others at the lodge that Charlie is from some faraway, exotic country and cannot speak English.  Then, comedy ensues as Charlie is left alone with the lodge guests.

The Foreigner will end Hayswood Theatre's 2011-2012 season, which also included Hello, Dolly, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, and Little Women, among others.  More information on The Foreigner can be found at the Hayswood Theatre website.
