    Was one of your New Year’s resolutions to be well? Be well as in take better care of yourself. Live well as in know what areas of your life you need improvement. Act well as in make better choices about your health, nutrition, diet, and exercise? The Wellness Starts Here event may give you a boost up in your living well for 2013 resolution.

    According to the Earth Fare Facebook page, which highlights this event, there will be demonstrations given by experts in the field of wellness, raffles and door prizes to be won, and gift baskets full of goodies and freebies. The store is also highlighting four lectures that will be running each hour of the seminar. Here is the schedule; each lecture is approximately an hour long:

    12:00 - Getting a Good Night's Sleep
    1:00 - An Introduction to Herbs
    2:00 - Obstacles to Health
    3:00 - Simple and Effective Cures for Common Conditions

    The event is open to the public and will be held throughout the store and in the café seating area at the front of the store. A reminder about Earth Fare: on Thursday nights from 4pm-8pm, kids eat free with a paying adult. My daughter and I have attended the Family Dinner Night here and it is a generous meal; the adult must make a minimum purchase of $5. This is a great deal, so go check them out tonight!
