There are two things that make me really appreciate living in Kentucky: bourbon and camping. Knob Creek has announced it will combine the two into a sweepstakes that will give away ten trips for two to camp at the American Stillhouse for two days. In addition to camping, winners will receive round trip airfare, a Big Green Egg grill package, a distillery tour and a cookout with entertainment.

If you’ve never been to the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, you are missing out. All of the distilleries in Kentucky are nestled into their beautiful surroundings, and Jim Beam is no exception. This is a great opportunity to enjoy the peacefulness of the rolling hills of Kentucky while having a unique experience sure to grant you bragging rights among your bourbon-loving friends.

Knob Creek is one of many products made and bottled at Jim Beam. Though there’s not a ton of information on the contest site, I predict that the distillery tour will include many other Beam products. The tour will probably start off at the Jim Beam side of things, wind through the Knob Creek area, and then go on to the Devil’s Cut area, which includes an interesting demonstration of the special techniques used to make Devil’s Cut.

This trip is sure to be a once in a lifetime trip for each winner and one of their friends. Camping that includes bourbon education is sure to be a memorable experience.  Click here to enter. Entries will be taken through the end of July. Good luck!
