A murder mystery happens not long after the loss of a super-sleuth's wife in The Corpse on Farewell Street, a Whodunnit Murder Mystery Theatre production that starts on Saturday.

The Corpse on Farewell Street will be performed each Saturday from Feb. 12-April 2. beginning at 7 p.m.  Seating opens at 6:30 p.m.  All shows will take place at the Hyatt Regency Louisville, located at 320 West Jefferson Street in downtown Louisville.

Tickets for the show, which includes dinner and a show, is $43.95 a person.  Dinner will consist of Yankee pot roast, oven-friend tilapia, or fettucini alredo.  Reservations can be made over the phone at 502-426-7100.  Keep in mind the show on Feb. 12 is sold out.  More information can be found at the Whodunnit website.

In The Corpse on Farewell Street, ace sleuth Dr. Angus MacCrimmon is trying to deal with with the loss of his wife. However, he is handed a murder mystery that could help or hurt his career.  The audience will have a chance to figure out the mystery with MacCrimmon.

Suspects will appear on stage in a scripted piece and then move about the room talking with audience members.  In an attempt to figure out the crime and the correct suspect, audience members can ask questions of the suspects.  In turn, the suspects will answer truthfully or try to dodge the question.

Joe Monroe directed the A.S. Waterman-created piece, which stars Frank Whitaker as Dr. Angus MacCrimmon.  Also starring are Graham Bell, A.J. Green, John Lina, Jane Mattingly, Jessica Vautard, and Niles Welch.

Following The Corpse on Farewell Street, Whodunnit Murder Mystery Theatre will present Murder in Hollywood:  The Case of the Boa Constrictor.  Auditions for the show are on March 20 from 1-3 p.m., and the show will run from May 14 to June 25.
