Saturday, March 29 a new boutique will blossom in the Highlands. Bringing with it color, style and elegance to every event décor!  Owner and Artist, Hannah Bloomingburg states, "We chose the Highlands for our retail location because we consider it Louisville's mecca for the artistic and creative. We believe that In Blooming Color embodies just that, with our innovative, custom flower walls, backdrops and event decor. We provide our clients with the opportunity to choose one of our unique designs or to work with us to create custom pieces that make their event unique to their style and aesthetic."

The brainchild of In Blooming Color began when Hannah married Jeremy, last April. They found the options for decor within their budget to be generic and just like every other event décor, not at all reflective of their personal style or vision. Because of that, Hannah got to work using her creative gift and made the décor and accents all by hand. Now, her mission is to create custom pieces that are unique and representative of each client's personal style and staying within their personal budget.
