Check out the endless list of things to do in Louisville this weekend!
Get some exercise, have fun with your friends and family and help support autism services in the community. What's not to like?
Have a very merry, and sweaty, Christmas with a 5k that benefits Louisville's homeless community- not to mention that there is an eggnog challenge and Christmas costume contest. Who could pass up this amount of Christmas spirit?
It has wisely been said that if you've met one child with autism...you've met one child with autism. Join in and experience this for yourself at the always fun and family-friendly FEAT Run and Fun Walk to benefit autism this Saturday, September 22 at 8:30 a.m.
We know better than ever how being active in our early years leads to a lifetime of good health. Girls on the Run Louisville seeks to promote this, as well as self-esteem and character building, among its participants. Its program culminates with a 5K Fun-Run, being held on May 12, and any and all community members are encouraged to volunteer their time and energy to this event.
Zombies chased 5k runners and confused other park participants in the 5k race to raise funds for Alley Theater.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a newbie armed with a New Year’s resolution, or someone who is just really interested in learning how easily certain parts of their body chafe, the Frostbite 5k is the perfect opportunity to get out there and run around like the raving lunatic you know you are deep down inside.
