A Bountiful Buy Local Thank You at the Monkey Wrench

Louisville really wouldn't be Louisville without its great local businesses. Seriously, can you imagine the Derby City without its local shops, eateries and other offerings along Bardstown Road, Frankfort Avenue, East Market Street, Main Street -- really any street in the 'Ville? We sure can't. These businesses help give Louisville its flavor, its wonderful weirdness. And this is your chance to give back to them, by penning a little note showing your thanks. In the spirit of Thanksgiving and Small Business Saturday, come out to the Monkey Wrench -- definitely a great local hot spot -- tip back a cocktail, nom some complimentary apps (while they last) and put your thanks to paper using the cards, pens, typewriters and other fun that Yelp will have available. We'll send the cards out to the businesses after the event, and you will leave knowing that you're helping to brighten a local shop owner, restauranteur, entrepreneur's day.
