Executive Chef Josh Moore, who is also the Executive Pastry Chef, clearly loves his job, which he has held at Volare since 2006. He maintains a 10-acre working farm that provides vegetables for the restaurant from Summer to Fall, and, when asked about his career, he is quoted as saying, “I love what I do for a living. I never wake up and say ‘I don’t want to cook today.’ It’s awesome to love what you do and be excited about it.” I know that feeling, and his attitude makes me anticipate this wine dinner all the more!

Best part?! They WANT you to wear a costume. :D Make your reservation now!
