You were just wishing that one of the finest restaurants in town would have a Halloween-themed wine dinner this Tuesday, weren’t you? Me, too! I guess we're soulmates, you and I. *wink*

This Tuesday (tomorrow!), October 30th, Volare Ristorante on Frankfort Avenue will be holding their 5-course Veneto “Halloween” Wine Dinner at 6:30. Featuring wines from the Cantine Riondo Winery in Veneto, Italy, with speaker Jill Leslie, the upscale Italian menu for the evening looks incredible.

Executive Chef Josh Moore, who is also the Executive Pastry Chef, clearly loves his job, which he has held at Volare since 2006. He maintains a 10-acre working farm that provides vegetables for the restaurant from Summer to Fall, and, when asked about his career, he is quoted as saying, “I love what I do for a living. I never wake up and say ‘I don’t want to cook today.’ It’s awesome to love what you do and be excited about it.” I know that feeling, and his attitude makes me anticipate this wine dinner all the more!

Best part?! They WANT you to wear a costume. :D Make your reservation now!
