What exactly would a vagina say or wear?  Find out in The Vagina Monologues, an Actor's Choice production which comes out Thursday.

The Vagina Monologues will be performed on Sept. 6, 7, 8, 14, and 15 at 8 p.m. each night.  A matinee show will take place on Sept. 16 at 2 p.m. All performances are to happen in the Mex Theater at the Kentucky Center for the Arts, located at 501 West Main Street in downtown Louisville.

Tickets for each show are $18 per adult, $15 per student, and $15 per senior citizen.  All tickets for the two hour show can be purchased at the Kentucky Center box office, the Kentucky Center website, or by calling the box office at 1-800-775-7777.  More information on the show can also be found at the Kentucky Center website.

The Vagina Monologues features four women exposing and displaying the empowering piece about the vagina.  Monologues may include My Angry Vagina, I Was There in the Room, and Because He Liked to Look at It.

Karen Faulkner, Ann Meyer, Ebony Jordan, and Kimby Peterson will perform the monologues.  Jamie Lentz directed The Vagina Monologues.

During Vagina's run, Actor's Choice is also presenting The Lion in Winter.  That production goes on until Sept. 9.
