    Bit to Do

    Hunter Gatherers
    Print this page

The heart can be a lovely, brutal, evolutionary thing, as the subjects of Theatre 502's Hunter Gatherers will find out beginning tonight at Actors Theatre.

Hunter Gatherers performances will take place Oct. 14, 15, 17, 21, and 22 at 8 p.m. each night.  All shows will occur in the Victor Jory Theatre inside Actors Theatre, located at 316 W. Main Street in downtown Louisville.

Tickets for each show are $15 per person.  They can be reserved in advance by e-mailing info@theatre502.org or purchased at the box office.

Hunter Gatherers features four friends with a shared wedding anniversary celebrating with dinner and civilized conversation.  Or so it seems, until they take a rather brutal, evolutionary journey into matters of the heart.

The cast of Hunter Gatherers includes Sarah East, Joseph Hatfield, Leah Roberts, and Eli Keel.  Mike Brooks directed the Peter Sinn Nachtrieb-created production.

Following Hunter Gatherers, Theatre 502 will present Broadsword: a heavy metal play.  That production will go on in November.
