Theatre 502 closes the season with a story on auctions and childhood homes, Auctioning the Ainsleys, that opens on Saturday.

Auctioning the Ainsleys will take place on Oct. 5, 7, 10, 11, and 12 at 8 p.m. each night. All performances are to take place inside the Victor Jory Theatre at Actors Theatre, located at 316 W Main Street in downtown Louisville.

Tickets for the show are $15 per person and can be purchased at the Theatre 502 website.

For the Ainsleys, title characters in Auctioning the Ainsleys, auctioning estates is what they do best. However, when they have to auction off their childhood home, the Ainsleys become possessed by possessions. Soon, they must confront all those things that essentially own them.

Laura Schellhardt created the Amy Attaway-directed Auctioning the Ainsleys. The cast includes Pat Allison as Alice, Leah Roberts as Avery, Cara Hicks as Annalee, Erica McClure as Amelia, Neill Robertson as Aiden, and Lucas W. Adams as Arthur.

More information on the show can be found at the Theatre 592 website.
