Thanksgiving is still a week away, but you don't have to wait until then to have some Thanksgiving fun! I will be at Howl at the Moon tonight with the Va Va Vixens to serve up some sexy dishes and Thanksgiving fun with turkey bowling, contests and give-aways.
The opening night of Va Va Vintage went so well, much of the audience will be at Howl at the Moon tonight to celebrate with the Vixens. The party begins at 9 p.m. with entertainment by the awesome Howl at the Moon cast. I'll be your host and look forward to giving away over $500 in prizes. Bring some tough song ideas, because there is a contest to stump the pianists. Here's how it works: You turn in song requests. The pianists will put song requests they don't know into a stump bucket. I will draw a couple of those stumps every hour and give away prizes. At 11 pm, we will draw the grand stump, who will win a night on the town with dinner at Red Star Tavern, a tab at Howl at the Moon, and an overnight stay in a luxury hotel (to be used at winner convenience). You must be present to win.
The turkey bowling tournament will be going on as well, managed by the Vixens. Knock down bowling pins with a frozen turkey and try to get high scores. The vixens will be setting the pins back up, and the winner of the over all tournament will win a prize.
If you got your VIP tickets, there is no cover, a free buffet, and the drinks will be half price. (If you don't have VIP tickets, here's my gift to you: tell them Divinity Rose left your tickets at the door). You will need to check in at the table out front of the club to sign in, where you'll be given a "rock star" card that will allow you to come back to Howl at the Moon for free anytime and receive half price drinks (about $2 for beer, $3 for wells, $3.50 to $5 for higher priced drinks).
If you are looking for something to do Thanksgiving weekend, there are still a few tickets left for Va Va Vintage at Art Sanctuary and the Alley Theater. This is the last weekend to see this "sell out show" that the LEO called tantalyzing, so you want to get your tickets ahead of time at www.art-sanctuary.org
