Wednesday evening from 5:30 through 8 p.m., Summer Classics in Westport Village will host the third annual Spring Fashion Show, featuring Jordan King as the fashion show’s emcee. Looks from Chartreuse Boutique, Collections Closet, Boutique Serendipity, Apricot Lane, and Shirts Ties N Links will take to the runway in a preview of what to expect as the spring/summer 2013 season kicks off in the next few days. Proceeds from the show will benefit the Maryhurst Stand Up for Girls Campaign, the initiative to educate, empower and embrace the power of philanthropy among the charity’s benefactors, and the young girls under Maryhurst's care.
For those who purchased tickets prior to March 6th, they will be entered to win a $500 Westport Village shopping spree. The first 100 guests overall will receive a swag bag full of goodies from the shopping center’s many boutiques, which will all be open after the show. Napa River Grill and hiko-A-mon will have various hors d’oeuvres for attendees to enjoy, along with chocolates by Ghyslain, and drinks of all sorts from Westport Whiskey & Wine. Valet parking will also be available for those who need it.
Tickets to the Westport Village Spring Fashion Show are $50 each, and are available through www.westportvillage.com, at any of the shopping center’s participating boutiques, by calling 502-585-6369, or at the door on the night of the show. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the fashions take to the catwalk at 7. You can also follow Westport Village’s Facebook and Facebook Event pages for updates and more information. The venue for the fashion show, Summer Classics, is located at 1321 Herr Lane, Suite 160.
