I have a three year old, and it seems like most days I am itching to get out of the house with him and go somewhere. Anywhere. But that darn groundhog saw his shadow and guaranteed us six more weeks of winter (Or so the folktale says.) At any rate, it's cold outside and winter still has its grip on the city of Louisville. What can you do around town with your preschooler or other younger aged children while you're waiting to frolic in the glorious parks? Here are some ideas for this weekend, which does include Valentine's Day.
$5 February on Museum Row on Main
You can still take advantage of the $5 February deal happening at some of the museums along Museum Row on Main Street in downtown Louisville. Read more about it here. Most children's prices to these museums are pretty low to begin with, so $5 admission for parents or older children is a great deal, and a great way to beat the frigid temps headed our way this weekend.
