    To help diners celebrate Lent as deliciously as possible, Varanese is offering a special menu just for the Lenten season! They began to offer this special non-meat menu on February 22nd, and will be offering it each Friday until March 29th. In addition, they will be preparing 2 unique fish specials every night of the week during Lent.

    The Menu

     

    Salad Choices:

    Mixed Baby Greens, Sliced Cucumbers, Shaved Red Onions and

    Grape Tomatoes Drizzled with Caramelized Onion Vinaigrette

     

    Crispy Romaine Lettuce tossed with Creamy Roasted Garlic and

    Parmesan Dressing topped with Fried Polenta Croutons

     

    Entrée Choices:

    Pecan Encrusted Mahi Mahi with Whipped Sweet Potatoes

    and Honey Butter Sauce

     

    Grilled Salmon Smothered w/ Caramelized Mandarin Orange Sauce

    Served over Cream Cheese Grits

     

    Pan Seared Jumbo Shrimp with Cream Cheese Grits

    Finished with Lobster Butter Sauce

     

    Dessert:

    Small Bites Trio for 2

    This Lenten menu is prix fixe for 2 diners at $50 plus tax and gratuities.
