    The NuLu Holiday Open House is happening this Saturday, November 8 from 11am-7pm in the NuLu neighborhood situated along the East Market District. You can shop the NuLu local stores and restaurants and enjoy some discounts and lots of great finds, and find some jolly good time for you and your families and friends as well. The event is free at the Shops of NuLu near 742 E. Market Street, 40202. See their Facebook event page to join and find more information.

    Get into the holiday spirit while listening to carolers that will be going door to door throughout the day. Families can also get an extra early peek at Santa. There will be an opportunity to take a free photo with Santa using your cell phone at St. John United Church of Christ from 12pm-3pm. They will also provide treat bags for the first 100 children. St. John is collecting gently used coats for children in need. The Louisville Orchestra and children from Lincoln Elementary Performing Arts School will provide music and caroling.
