This Friday, the night before Derby Day, is also the final Friday of the month, which means the F.A.T. Friday Trolley Hop will be taking place. (The monthly event has free trolleys that transport people up and down Frankfort Avenue to bars, restaurants and shops.) Local businesses will have plenty of complimentary wine to go around.

For you last-minute Derby-goers out there,  Elizabeth's Timeless Attire (2050 Frankfort Ave.) and Margaret's Consignment (2700 Frankfort Ave.) should have some hat and dress options for the ladies. Down the street, is the real party. Kaviar Forge and Gallery (1718 Frankfort Ave.) is holding its "biennial nude exhibition." According to the Trolley Hop website: "This exhibition of nudes features 13 artists in a multitude of mediums...Taste and talent abound through paintings, sculpture, glass, drawings and more exploring the natural beauty of nude figures..."

My suggestion: Exam the nakedness and compare it to what you witness in what's surely to be a soggy and sloppy infield.
