For those My Morning Jacket fans that are thirsting for the group’s new album, the band has provided you with a two-minute trailer that displays that this album, like the others, is a mixture of sounds.

One of the songs on the trailer is “Big Decisions,” the single they released a few weeks ago. Other songs in the trailer include “Spring (Among The Living),” “Compound Fracture,” “Believe (Nobody Knows),” and “Get The Point.”

In the short clip, the band showcases a folk ballad and some masterful interworking guitar work between frontman Jim James and guitarist Carl Broemel, as well as the usual howling vocals of James.

The whole album clocks in at about 48 minutes and includes 10 tracks, four of which span over 5 minutes.

The Waterfall will be released May 4 on ATO Records and Louisville can see the new songs performed live at Waterfront Park this summer at Forecastle Festival.
