Since it’s invention, Forecastle’s Bourbon Lodge has garnered a reputation as one of the most unique music festival experiences. By bringing bourbon, music, and food together, the Bourbon Lodge attracts all sorts of festival attendees.

Today Forecastle announced the details of this year’s Bourbon Lodge.

Forecastle will feature a diverse collection of Kentucky bourbon brands uniting to offer dozens of bourbon selections within the Bourbon Lodge, including those from Bulleit, Four Roses, Heaven Hill, Jim Beam, Maker’s Mark, Michter’s, Old Forester, Town Branch, Wild Turkey and Woodford Reserve, alongside special craft brandy selections from Cooper and Kings.

Pairing members of My Morning Jacket with Old Forester, Houndmouth with Woodford Reserve, Shovels & Rope with Four Roses and Twin Limb with Wild Turkey, master distillers will hand-select a barrel to be sold exclusively in the Lodge. This special collaboration is part of the Bourbon Cares program, a charity fundraiser that creates these single barrel selections available only at the Forecastle Bourbon Lodge.

Fireside Chats also return to the Bourbon Lodge stage in 2015, showcasing a special Bourbon Cares presentation from Forecastle Festival and Foundation Founder JK McKnight along with an intimate fan meet-and-greet opportunity with members of My Morning Jacket and Twin Limb. Other Fireside Chats, featuring a wide variety of bourbon experts, will cover the Bourbon Purchasing Process, Bourbon Trivia, the Barrel-Aging Process, Ryes & Shine, and many more. Forecastle also lists an appearance by local group Billy Goat Strut Revue, who play Bourbon Jazz from the 1920’s to 1940’s.

Critically acclaimed local restaurant Feast BBQ and its chef Ryan Rogers will be in the Bourbon Lodge for a menu of bourbon-inspired cuisine.

There are two ticket options at the Bourbon Lodge: member or taster. A member ticket ($25 in advance) gets you 15 tickets, each worth $1 inside the Bourbon Lodge for food and drink. Members will also receive a commemorative steel mug from Eco Veseel which also allows members re-entry into the Bourbon Lodge without their ticket. Member also Gain limited access to an exclusive brunch at the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience on Sunday, July 17 at 11am, a meal catered by renowned Chef Edward Lee, featuring an educational bourbon tasting led by Evan Williams Bourbon Experience Artisanal Distiller Charlie Downs, and open only to Bourbon Lodge members (limit 60 people availability).
