I’ve never been a fan of fear. That said, I’ve never understood the desire to pay or even stand in line to walk through a “haunted” house of gruesome characters with no real incentive but the exit door in your near future. This Saturday, though, the treat is worth the trick at the Haunted House Disco with DJs Matt Anthony and DJ Duffy.
The DJ duo is hosting a disco dance party at the end of a haunted maze in the Tim Faulkner Gallery, one of Louisville’s premier art galleries located at 943 Franklin Street. The Halloween house party starts by entering the Franklin Street door, then you are guided through the horror maze eventually ending in the Haunted House Disco. The event is kid-friendly until 10:00 p.m., and then 21-and-ups will invade the space until 2:00 a.m.
Costumes won’t only set you apart on the dance floor, but will get you a discount at the door. Admission is $5, or $3 with costume.
