Mark Twain's life, legacy, and career are celebrated and explored in the one-man show The Gospel According to Mark, which opens at Centerstage tomorrow.
The Gospel According to Mark will be performed on Aug. 20 at 7:30 p.m. and Aug. 21 at 2 p.m. Both shows will go on in Centerstage, located at the Jewish Community Center at 3600 Dutchmans Lane in Louisville.

J.R. Stuart stars in this one-man, two-act show about Mark Twain's life, career, and legacy. The first act finds the famed author performing roles from The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn as well as presenting humorous stories related to rail traveling. The second act, meanwhile, sees Twain 10 years older with tales of his upbringing and coming to terms with loss and success.
