Happy Birthday Louisville Sustainability Forum! At a whopping age of 5 you've successfully sustained! Hooray!

Celebrate the Louisvillian's push for sustainable living practices at noon, Wednesday. Drop into the monthly meeting during lunch and share changes in sustainable living practices you have noticed within the city, state, country, and world. The discussion will primarily revolve around this and proposals of future plans of action across the community.

The short presentation this month will be an introduction to the newly formed Kentucky Green Party given by Phil Ardery. The Kentucky Green Party--pro-environment, pro-working people, pro-diversity, and pro-peace--assembled for the first time during the Founding Statewide Convention held in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, Saturday, July 23rd. Phil Ardery who was present at the formation will describe what he witnessed and what is in store for the group.

The Louisville Sustainability Forum meets the first Wednesday of each month at the Passionist Earth & Spirit Center (--the Barn behind St. Agnes, 1924 Newburd Road). Parking for the event is in the St. Agnes lot. The meeting can be reached by following the road behind the church to the barn.
