    Here comes another one, Louisville!

We have another line-up for another music festival. Today the roster for the 2nd annual Louder Than Life Fest in Champions Park was unveiled. The show will take place October 3 and 4, and tickets go on sale today at noon.

The prominent names in this year's line-up include music legends Rob Zombie, Shinedown, ZZ Top, Godsmack, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators, Collective Soul, Three Doors Down, Seether, Breaking Benjamin, Hollywood Undead, Black Stone Cherry, Kentucky Headhunters and Hinder, just to name a few. And if by some chance you get your fill of music, W.W.E.’s NXT Superstars will also be on hand for some mid-day wrestling.

You can see the full line-up below.

Besides a weekend filled with head banging, riff shredding rock n’ roll, Louder Than Life is a complete experience offering the finest in food, bourbon, whiskey and craft beer.

Louder Than Life will host a bevy of local vendors who will be pedaling “Gourmet Man Food” - words every half-drunken concert goer is always happy to hear when daylong into a show - and an uncountable stack of paper cups of beer. This year the event will host some of Louisville’s favorite restaurants such as Garage Bar, 502 Café, Doc Crow's, El Luchador, Louisville Dessert Truck, Louisville Sushi Truck, Momma’s BBQ, Monkey Wrench, SideBar @ Whiskey Row and tons more.

You can see all of the food vendors below.

And as we all know, you can’t have an event in Louisville without bourbon, so the festival's bourbon tent will feature Angels Envy, Basil Hayden’s, Buffalo Trace, Bulleit, Eagle Rare, Four Roses, Knob Creek, Maker’s Mark, Willet, Woodford Reserve and more.

You can see the bourbon list below.

Other spirits offered will be Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey - who will bring their Jack Daniels Experience - Copper & Kings and Jaegermeister.

The Crazy Dave's Music Experience powered by Musicians Institute will be a free, interactive “rock star” exhibit where people will get a hands-on interaction with tons of musical equipment - much of which is used by their favorite artists performing on stage at the show - and attend artist signings with members of various Louder Than Life bands. The festival will also host a group of local music students as part of“The Student Experience,” which includes a backstage educational tour and participation in various contests and activities at tent.

Louder Than Life 2015 will take place October 3 and 4 at Champions Park. Tickets went on pre-sale today at 12 a.m. and will officially go on sale Friday June 26 at 12 a.m. All tickets can be purchased at Louderthanlife.com

    About Brent Owen

Born and raised in Louisville, I have lived here most of my life (except during a short furlough, when I, lovelorn and naive, followed a girl to Baton Rouge). My roots are here, my family, my friends, and my life are all here. I work primarily as a free-lance writer for a few local and regional publications. I have also written two books (one a memoir, the other a novel) that barring some divine intervention, will probably never see the light of day. I find myself deeply ingrained in the local bar scene, or perhaps better said, I often indulge in the local drinking culture. I love music, movies, comedy, and really just about any other live performance art.
