Kids, parents, and those kids at heart who love trains won’t want to miss the LaGrange Railroad Festival this Saturday, October 13. The event is sure to delight all train enthusiasts.
The LaGrange Railroad Festival will take place this weekend in LaGrange, Kentucky (Oldham County) “where the train runs right down the middle of Main Street.” Here is what is slated for all day entertainment:
- Burgoo cookoff and tasting
- Model train displays
- Live steamer train rides
- Multi-media train art exhibit
- Hobo and Choo Choo sidewalk parade
- Cornhole tournament
- Live music on the courthouse lawn
The LaGrange Railroad Festival is an annual event that brings together people interested in trains. Many who attend go because they have a vested interest in the hobby.
