Louisville filmmaker Craig Everett Earl's  horror slasher “Intrusion” has been released on DVD and Blu-Ray in the U.S. and Canada into stores like Best Buy, Walmart and on Amazon.com (distributed by SGL Entertainment.) Fans can also buy the movie via the website. The film will see a theatrical premiere at Village 8 Theaters on November 1  at 7:15 p.m. It stars Louisville-based actress Katie Stewart ("Overtime," "Revelation Trail"), Lee Haycraft and Teresa Lawrence ("Ace Venture Jr," "Beethoven's Big Break.")

"Intrusion" is  a character-driven thriller where everything has consequences, and something as innocuous as a rose can be turned into a woman’s worst nightmare. In the movie, lead character Holly Jensen leads an over-dramatic life, trying to avoid her problems and forget the past. Her best friend Kali suggests a game called "wrong number" to make her feel better, but the man on the other end of their prank call plays a sinister game of his own.

The DVD and Blu-Ray are loaded with special features that include  the trailer, commentary with the cast and crew, a photo gallery "behind the screams," and a sneak peek at the film's upcoming sequel "Intrusion: Disconnected," which is expected in 2016. The sequel stars scream queen Tiffany Shepis.
