Is sitting for hours, surrounded by scraps of colored paper, mounds of family photos, and thousands of stickers in every imaginable theme your idea of fun?
If you answered yes, then your own personal heaven is headed to Louisville this weekend. The CK Scrapbook Convention will be at the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center March 11-12.
The convention features more than 100 classes ranging in price from $20-$60, afternoon and evening crop sessions, and a Vendor Faire ($10 admission and open to the public) which features over 50 exhibitors (read: shopping extravaganza).
Reduced tickets are available for military personnel and teachers (thank you for your service). The rest of you, check out the CK Scrapbooking website for discounts.
Classes are held all day long, but the Vendor Faire is open 10-6 Friday and 9-5 Saturday. For more information, a list of classes offered and materials needed, click on over to the CK website.
Pack your rolling tote, grab your glue and snag your friends (they can pay that $8 parking fee)...this is gonna be a scrapper's paradise.
