Man-eating plants are on stage now! Join CenterStage at the Jewish Community Center as they continue their season with the be-boppin’ tunes of musical, Little Shop of Horrors.

Seymour, an assistant florist on Skid Row, is just trying to make something of himself. He comes across a special plant, names it Audrey II in honor of the woman he loves, and turns the flower shop into an instant success. But when Seymour finds out that Audrey II needs a little more than water to survive, things get out of control fast.

Little Shop of Horrors opens Thursday, Oct. 27 and runs through Nov. 13. Tickets are $18 and are available at the front desk of the Jewish Community Center or by phone at (502) 459-0660.

Rush tickets can be bought in person on show days from 10-5:30 for Sunday, Monday and Thursday evening performances. Rush tickets are $10 and up to 20 tickets will be sold for each show.

    About Michelle Rynbrandt

Before landing in the Possibility City, Michelle toured the country performing in various regional theatres. Having been there and done that, she can honestly say that Louisville's cultural opportunities are second to none.
