The Keg Fest of Ale is set for Saturday, May 30. Todd Antz, founder of the event, says this year will mark the event’s 10th anniversary, and he hopes to raise more than $15,000 for area kids in need this year through the event. Antz says, “When I started this fundraiser more than a decade ago, I had no idea what we’d be able to accomplish while having so much fun.” He is the owner of Keg Liquors, which presents the annual community festival and fundraiser. This annual event draws around 1,500 residents from Louisville and southern Indiana, and will feature more than 250 craft and import beers.

Beer lovers can flock to the fields behind St. Anthony's of Padua Catholic Church in Clarksville, Indiana for the 10th annual "Fest of Ale." The church is located at 320 N. Sherwood Avenue. People gather from all over Southern Indiana and Louisville to celebrate, find, and sample craft beers from all over the world. Bring some friends to socialize with, feast at the fest on grilled food, and support work to raise funds for area children in need. The Fest of Ale was founded and created to be a fundraiser for WHAS Crusade for Children. In 2014, the event raised over $13,000.

Ticket prices are $40 in advance and $50 at the gate on May 30. If you'd like to purchase advance tickets they are available through Keg Liquors with locations in Clarksville and New Albany. You can also purchase tickets online at www.kegliquors.com. Event organizers say there are still tickets left to purchase; get yours before Saturday and save!
