Jockey Robby Albarado was arrested this morning for a domestic violence charge from May 1st. He was removed from all mounts on the Kentucky Oaks card at Churchill Downs.
Albarado has been in trouble for domestic violence before. He was arrested in April 2011 for similar charges.
