Every year, volunteer students from various clubs at Jeffersontown High School put forth a collaborative effort to host their annual Halloween in the Halls event. After the school is clear from the weekday's turmoil, the once white-washed hallways are transformed into haunted passageways. Though it’s hard to know what could be lurking behind every corner, I can promise that there will be plenty of friendly volunteers ready tohand your child some treats.
Jeffersontown High School has been hosting this annual event for years. Sponsored by the school’s Youth Service Center, volunteers from Beta Club, the National Honor Society, JROTC, Movie Club and several other clusters under the school work hard to put on this yearly celebration.
For a good early Halloween family outing, this would be one of your best bets. And most importantly, it’s a free event. The action starts on the evening of Oct. 25 at 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.. Open to all kids ages 12 and under; don’t miss out!
