Sure, problems with various cell phone providers happen to everyone. But in the first play of the 36th Humana Festival of New American Plays, things take quite a turn. It begins as Jenni innocently calls to complain about a small issue with her phone bill. The situation unravels from there, as her provider ignores the problem and she vows a glorious revenge. Devolving into a satiric spy thriller, the play enacts the righteous justice that most people have longed to see.
