Local music blog Backseat Sandbar (http://www.backseatsandbar.com) mostly reports on what music is coming to town, and rarely do they participate in the organization and/or promtion of concerts.
But there's something they see in the electronica wizardry of Casiotone for the Painfully Alone so they're jumping in and bringing the act to town on June 27 at Skull Alley.
It's not the first time they've parntered with Casiotone. Last Halloween, LEO called their show with No Kids and Pomengranates "one of 2008's better indie lineups." This go round they're adding Louisville You're My Density (no misspelling..see them online at http://www.myspace.com/youremydensity) and Forecastle-bound Chemic (online at http://www.myspace.com/chemictheband).
If you're interested in a fun time with the cool kids (Skull Alley has a bar, you know), doors open up at 7pm (first band at 8pm) and tickets are only five bucks.
