    Bit to Do

    Into the Woods
    Print this page

Classic characters search for their happily ever after in Into the Woods, now playing in Sellersburg.

Into the Woods will go on March 9, 10, 16, and 17 at 7:30 p.m. each night.  Matinee shows, meanwhile, are to happen on March 11 and 18 at 2 p.m. each day.  All performances will happen at Silver Creek High Schol, located at 557 Renz Avenue in Sellersburg, IN.

Tickets for the show are $10 for adults, $8 for senior citizens, and $6 for students.  VIP seating and upgrade, which includes lounge access during intermission, is only $5 more.  Tickets can be purchased at the door.

Into the Woods brings Stephen Sondheim music together with famous fairy tale characters, like Jack (from Jack and the Beanstalk), Snow White, Cinderella, and Little Red Riding Hood.  All have their own dreams, wind up crossing each other's paths, and will set off on family-friendly adventures.

Following Into the Woods, Silver Creek High School will present The Diary of Anne Frank.  More information on the show can be found at the Silver Creek High School theatre website.
